Chris Chris brings more than 30 years' experience in strategy, governance and leadership roles across the property, finance, resources, technology and healthcare industries. Chris is married with two sons and is keen on travel, sports administration and multi-sport racing. He has law degrees from the Universities of Otago and British Columbia.

MSC Capital Partners was founded in 2015 when three experienced property developers came together to solve a problem in New Zealand. Chris, Mike and Scott recognised that it was becoming increasingly challenging for valuable commercial projects to obtain funding to progress.
With their combined experience in property, business, finance and law, the trio sought to create a company that could deliver innovative finance solutions that would enable commercial property projects with good investment propositions to advance.
Now, more than seven years later, MCS Capital Partners has partnered with a range of commercial developers, connecting them with the right funding solutions to make their vision a reality. Using a range of innovative strategies, MCS Capital Partners provides specialty solutions that other lenders aren't always able to provide.

Who we are
ScottScott began his career in property development after completing his Bachelor of Science. Soon after that, Scott established several hospitality business across NZ, while still maintaining an interest in property. Scott subsequently established a development company in the residential market, before honing his focus on the commercial market.
MikeMike is an experienced governor and director specialising in the property, aviation and finance sectors. He holds a number of directorships with private companies, and is a licensed pilot (rotary and fixed wing). Mike has 5 children and enjoys racing in endurance motorsport. Mike is genuinely interested in seeing business succeed and has a firm understanding of the challenges faced in today's operating environment.
